I am Dr. Pamela Banana, a woman after God’s own heart—devoted to Him and passionate about His people. My divine mandate is to uplift, equip, and empower women to walk boldly in the fullness of their God-given identity and purpose.
I believe every woman is a reflection of God’s glory, called to live in divine alignment and walk in the authority Heaven has ordained. Through faith, wisdom, and empowerment, I help women rediscover who they are in Christ and manifest the greatness within.
I am a Ph.D. chemist and a Senior Scientist in biotechnology, a NEBOSH-qualified Health and Safety Manager, Property Investor, Certified Life & Wellness Coach, and Perimenopause & Menopause Practitioner.
As the Founder of Khaya Foundation (www.khayafoundation.org), I am committed to transforming the lives of underprivileged children in Zimbabwe through education. I also run MAJI Travel Ltd (www.majitravel.co.uk), where I curate adventure and travel experiences for families, couples, individuals and destination events.
Out of my own journey through rejection and loneliness, God birthed The Soul Academy—a sacred sisterhood for healing, mentorship, and rediscovering the radiant woman God designed you to be. Together, we rise from brokenness into beauty, from pain into purpose, from surviving to thriving—in the fullness of Christ.
